was primarily established in the year 1948,
where the company activities were only limited to tanning, and
finishing leather hides (Calf skin, Cow hides, and Buffalo leather).
With the company's expansion in the year 1976,
Cairotan
introduced the new production lines of PVC, TPR, and leather Soles.
In
1991, Cairotan
witnessed a new dramatic growth in the company's size &
activities,
as
Cairotan
has inaugurated its new factory in a new industrial zone named:
"6th of October City" and complemented its production
kit with the manufacturing of men's casual/classic shoes and kids
shoes, in addition to the compounding of PVC, TPR, TPE and Masterbach,
covering by this the whole shoes production life cycle.
Continuing
their series of achievements, Cairotan
applied a new CAD - CAM system for the production of "Moulds"
for shoe soles modeling, styling and pattern design for the new
shoes collections.
Cairotan
is now fiercely competing in the international markets as it's
the only company in Egypt that produces the whole shoes components
and thus guarantees high quality standards and competitive charge
rates.
